หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders or property owners to obtain work permits.
• Prepare and organize project-related documents for internal teams.
• Liaise with international suppliers to request quotations and process purchase orders.
• Review shipping documents and coordinate with shipping agents to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse.
• Prepare material samples for submission to overseas clients.
• Prepare import-export documents and coordinate with relevant agencies.

• Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in Interior Fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of construction scheduling tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
